Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, plush toys or accessories that have been used, or items marked Final Sale, cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund
